At Horn Creek Rescue we pride ourselves in setting our animals up for success in their new homes. When you adopt from us your new animal will be:
If for any reason after adopting you cannot take care of your animal, we require you surrender the animal back to us so we can place them in another good home. If you surrender your animal back to us, you forfeit the adoption fee.
Though our animals are wellness checked and vaccinated, there may be medical issues that present themselves after adoption. Just like humans, animals require ongoing medical and preventative care. The animal is adopted "as is" and once released to you, this animal is your financial responsibility. Before you adopt, please understand the potential costs of owning a pet.
Our rescue currently has some cats that are not suitable for indoor living and would make great barn cats. They will still need shelter and warmth, along with food, so before adoption we will need to confirm that they will have those necessities. All of the barn cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.
We understand that adopting a pet can be intimidating, but what about fostering? We have numerous dogs that would love to go hiking, swimming, and go on adventures with a foster parent! If you would like to foster one of our dogs, please fill out an application and we will try to match you with the right dog for you!
Please choose to adopt! These dogs are wonderful and deserve to be loved. Their prices include their spay/neuters, vaccines, gear to go home (leash, collar, harness, bed, toys, food) and we provide the full first year of vetting. y = years m = months w = weeks
